TITILAYO AKISANYA
Executive and Leadership Coach

Titilayo Akisanya is a trained and certified coach and a renowned Human Resource professional with over 15 years C-level experience in several multinational corporations. Her passion for strong, principled leadership drives both her work as an Executive Coach and her focus on well-rounded, deliberate leaders.

Titilayo’s 12 years experience in Banking and later her 14 years experience in HR has made her a dynamic, result oriented and internationally experienced senior HR professional and management executive with strong expertise in the following: strategic HR business partnering and consulting; leadership development and talent management; total rewards strategy and management with implementation of business driven, market competitive compensation and benefits programs; organization and culture change with the enhancement of engagement scores to align with high performing companies; achievement of code “Green” ratings in Work Place Rights; enabling and enhancing a pay for performance/mentorship culture; and most importantly, the deployment of career and change management programs.

She has built sustainable organizational capabilities by successfully implementing various HR programs and initiatives to support organizations and their human capital strategy and employee value propositions. With her HR experience in mature and emerging markets within a global and competitive environment, she has experienced working with and leading virtual and geographically dispersed teams.

She is a regular featured speaker and faculty member at various business institutions and fora, including the Pan African University; – Lagos Business School and School of Media & Communication. She is an aspiring Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in Nigeria, a Member of CIPD – UK and SHRM – USA.

GBENGA OWOLABI
Strategy and Performance Management

Gbenga is a seasoned Business Strategy & Organization Design expert with passion for entrepreneurship and leadership development. Gbenga has over 20 years of working experience in consulting and general management. Previously Head of Corporate Services for Honeywell Group (a leading indigenous conglomerate), Gbenga had responsibility for Corporate and Brand Strategy, HRM, IT and other corporate services. Prior to this, Gbenga had a short stint at Oando Plc. as Head Strategy & Planning during the transition period of deregulation in the Petroleum products & Marketing industry.

Gbenga also worked in Accenture for about 8 years, where he led numerous transformation programs for global and national companies such as Nigeria LNG and PHCN (NEPA). He left Accenture as an Executive in the Strategy & Business Architecture Service Line. His consulting experience spans a broad range of areas including Corporate Visioning, Corporate and Business Unit Strategic Planning, Organization Design & Job Evaluation, Compensation Strategy Development and Program Management.

Gbenga began his professional career as a Logistics Analyst at Chevron Nigeria Limited, at its Escravos Operational Base in Niger Delta region. He was later reassigned as a Planning Engineer for the Operations Maintenance Support team, responsible for planning preventive maintenance and maintaining a database of all production equipment across the entire Eastern and Western operational areas of the company.

ESEOHE KANU
Personal Excellence and Productivity

Eseohe is currently an Independent Corporate Trainer with over 20 years’ experience in various client-facing and HR roles. She has a proven track record in Human resources, Administration and Customer Relationship Management in Oil & Gas, ICT, Telecoms, and Engineering industries.

As a Learning and Development professional, Eseohe has designed, developed and implemented several key developmental interventions impacting well over 1,000 employees with budgets up to NGN25M. These programs were geared towards empowering and bridging identified knowledge and skill gaps to create employee value and enhance productivity.

AKIN OPARISON
Performance and Talent Management

Akin was previously HR Vice President Shell Downstream Africa. Akin has over 25 years of management and leadership experience in blue chip multinational companies. He was a Management Consultant with PWC where he worked on a wide range of assignments including Organisational Development and Change management interventions, Executive Resourcing, Performance and Talent Management in private sector organisations ranging from FMCG companies, financial services organisations and banks, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as public sector client organisations.

Akin also held senior executive HR positions in Sterling Winthrop, British American Tobacco and lastly in Shell. He has worked in Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Russia, Kenya and South Africa. He has been a full time university lecturer in Management and Business Administration and while working in Nigeria remained a part-time faculty member of the Lagos Business School.
