SOCHI ILOMECHINA

Managing Director and Lead Coach

Sochi is a professional facilitator and a trained Team Development Consultant. She is an Internationally Accredited and Certified Professional Transition Coach as well as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. She has over 10 years experience in business development, training, team development and corporate coaching. She specializes in transforming high potential individuals to dynamic leaders.

Sochi is currently the Managing Director of TBA Consults and has facilitated several team development trainings, workshops and coached numerous individuals and teams across the different levels of leadership in every sector. Her client base spans beyond Nigeria having coached individuals in South Africa, United Kingdom, France and the United States, helping them articulate their vision, goals and objectives.

She partners with her clients aiding them in raising their level of awareness and consciousness on the effects of behavior on employee attitudes and engagement. She is passionate about people and learning and has a keen interest in engagement and moving employees from compliance to commitment. Sochi is a foundational board member of the Nigeria Chapter of the world renowned International Coach Federation and served on the board as the 2016 Director of Membership and is now the Director of Education and Programmes for the Chapter.

TOKUNBO LAWAL

Head – Finance and Admin

Tokunbo is an accounts graduate with an MBA specializing in Cost Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Cost Managers of Nigeria.

Tokunbo‘s experience covers financial and management accounting, tax management, payroll management, human resources and office administration. Over the past years, he has worked in various capacities as a Finance Executive and Finance Manager. He is currently the Head of Finance and Administration with TBA Consults.

ADEYINKA ODUSANYA

Head - Operations and Programmes

Yinka is a team building as well as a team development facilitator. He is currently the Head of Operations and Programmes with TBA Consults, a team of Business Psychologists and Coaches in Nigeria.With over 4 years’ experience, Yinka has developed team building, team development and team coaching programmes using interactive, dynamic training, coupled with experiential activities for organisations both in the public and private sectors at various levels.

Yinka is a Certified Professional Coach, a foundational Board Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Nigeria Chapter and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). He continuously equips himself towards building high performing teams and this has earned him the reputation to create value in programmes delivered.
